A colourful fun resource for children learning about animals and their habitats at EYFS and KS1. There are 8 animals that can be found in the Amazon Rainforest, shown in colour and differentiated for children to label. This is an activity where children collect up objects and test them with magnets to see if they are magnetic. There is a poster showing a collection of objects for testing and a template poster for you or the children to use to draw or write in. You could use a kitchen drawer divider to make your collections in for testing. There is a collection of 18 pictures of everyday objects that children can collect and test.
